Degree Show

I also forgot to post a few weeks ago that I filled out my form for the End of Year Degree Show, basically its just to let the organizing team know who wants to display there work and how long each peace will be, required space,etc. Since my project has a dark arts feel to it, I have came up with a crazy idea that i think would work quite well in catching peoples attention.

Basically for my space at the Degree Show I obviously want to have a PC with monitor and speakers showing my final video peace, as well as some Hi res screenshots on a wall behind. So i have came up with an idea of housing the PC within a large metal rusty oil drum.

You may say it sounds crazy but I think it'll be sweet. So yea I plan to have a rusty barrel with some spray painting about it with a monitor sticking out the top showing my video. I got the inspiration from an old rusty barrel that was lying about the filming location, I cant use the barrel that was there as it was half full with old jet fule that absolutely stank and would obviously breach health and safety regulations! So I am going to get in touch with Keith and see what he says about the idea, I understand the Budget team may not be able to buy me an old Drum so I am fine with sourcing one myself from a scrappy or something and even working on it alone or with Keith depending on how busy he is.
